About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on AI operator with a hacker mindset that is data obsessed. Someone obsessed with testing, breaking, and building with the newest AI tools on the market. Your mission is to design, test, and deploy the right AI stack to maximize efficiency across GTM, marketing, and the wider organization. This is not a strategy-only role, it’s for someone who wants to get their hands dirty and build.

What You’ll Do

  • Operational Efficiency (Marketing & Sales): Automate repetitive GTM workflows, accelerate content creation, streamline lead gen, and optimize campaign execution with AI.
  • Owning marketing data: Hubspot management, google analytics, google search, metrics, dashboards creation, exec marketing reports
  • Cross-Company Efficiency: Build and maintain a centralized AI-powered knowledge base connected to all internal tools so teams can access, search, and use information instantly.
  • Hands-On Building: Research, test, and deploy AI tools that fit our stack, from no-code automation to custom integrations.
  • Tool Research & End-to-End Ownership: Evaluate emerging AI products, run pilots, validate ROI, and own implementation.
  • Data-Driven: Track usage, measure impact, and constantly optimize.
  • Innovate: Proactively design new tools and workflows that make the team faster and smarter.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven track record of building and deploying AI-powered workflows in a business setting.
  • Deep curiosity about the AI ecosystem, with an eye for spotting what’s hype vs. what’s useful.
  • Strong GTM, marketing, or sales operations background.
  • End-to-end builder: from researching tools, to implementing, to training the team.
  • Data-obsessed mindset: you measure, iterate, and improve everything.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity, experiment fast, and ship quickly.
