Role Overview

To support our aggressive and ambitious growth, we are looking for a tenured Mid-Market Sales Executive with 3-5+ years of proven success selling SaaS solutions, preferably in procurement, vendor management, or financial technology. The ideal candidate is a true hunter who’s hungry to drive net-new business, leverages a strong rolodex, and sells in a consultative, solution-driven manner.

 

Responsibilities

  • Build a pipeline of qualified sales opportunities leveraging your network and strategic prospecting.
  • Manage and close a pipeline ranging from transactions Small-Market opportunities, to complex mid-market SaaS sales opportunities.
  • Lead intricate multi-stakeholder consultative sales engagements end-to-end: from discovery and demoing, to negotiation and close.
  • Articulate OpstreamAI’s unique value proposition and demonstrate our platform with deep technical understanding.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and customer success.
  • Represent OpstreamAI at industry events to identify new leads, and expand reach and brand awareness.

 

Qualifications

  • 3-5+ years Mid-Market SaaS sales experience with a proven record of exceeding quotas.
  • Experience selling into procurement, vendor management, or fintech strongly preferred.
  • Hunter mentality with a deep Rolodex of enterprise-level decision-makers.
  • Consultative selling expertise; adept at multi-threading and long sales cycles.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and executive-level engagement skills.
  • Experience in fast-paced, growth-stage SaaS environments a must
  • Passioned, driven, and a healthy amount of chutzpah
