About the Role

Opstream is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to define, articulate, and communicate the value of our platform across the full go-to-market lifecycle. You’ll turn product capabilities into clear, differentiated messaging that resonates with procurement, finance, and IT buyers. This role bridges product, marketing, and sales — ensuring consistency in how Opstream tells its story to prospects, customers, and partners.

You’ll own positioning, competitive insights, and enablement content while helping drive adoption and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Positioning & Messaging

  • Develop clear, differentiated messaging that aligns with Opstream’s brand and target personas (CFO, procurement, IT).
  • Translate technical capabilities into business value — making complex concepts simple and compelling.
  • Maintain the core messaging guide, product one-pagers, and pitch materials.

Sales & GTM Enablement

  • Build and maintain sales decks, battlecards, and objection-handling tools.
  • Partner with sales to understand friction points and optimize messaging.
  • Train internal teams on positioning and competitive differentiation.

Content Creation

  • Create product narratives, web copy, blog posts, and case studies that connect features to outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the marketing generalist and external writers/designers to publish high-quality assets across digital channels.

Product Launches & Roadmap Communication

  • Partner with product and engineering to shape launch plans and communicate updates.
  • Develop internal and external messaging for feature releases.
  • Coordinate announcements across email, website, and social media.

Market & Competitive Insights

  • Conduct market research and analyze competitors’ positioning.
  • Partner with leadership to identify whitespace opportunities and refine GTM strategy.

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of experience in B2B SaaS product marketing (preferably in procurement, finance, or data-driven software).
  • Proven success building GTM messaging and content for enterprise audiences.
  • Strong writing and storytelling ability.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with product, sales, and design teams.
  • Analytical mindset — able to connect marketing outcomes to pipeline and revenue.

Bonus Skills

  • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, WordPress, and Figma.
  • Experience supporting analyst or ecosystem programs (Gartner, AWS, etc.).
  • Background in management consulting or technical product roles.
